Early days of USER
Candidates should be able to:
1.List down the members of the USER, including the six permanent members of the Defense Council.
2.Recall the important names from USER, including Prof. Hephaestus, Agents of Science, and CEO Zeus of Temasek.
3.Describe key events during the first year of USER, including the Salary Controversy.
4. Define and derive S0 , the Salary constant, with the formula S0= (Estimate Salary-Mean Salary)/Variance
5. Use S0 to calculate historical evidence on the Salary Controversy, stating the assumptions.
6.Quote from the USER Charter, officially known as the USER manual.
7.Compare and contrast the Pros and Cons of the USER in its beginnings.
