After hiding many months, the Hermit returns... for a short while.
He who hides in the pile of notes has no sense of width, for he sees only ever deeper the things he has to read.
He who hides in the crowd of Man has no sense of individuals, for he sees only ever broader the many and the none.
He who hides in the societies has no sense of loneliness, for he sees only ever stronger the bonds that binds.
To my notes, piled higher and deeper, I reject thee, and embrace the nonchalantness towards you.
To the people, who are many and none, I thank thee, and accept the power and failure of the crowd.
To the societies, who are bonded and strong, I seek thee, and will join thee, though we may have different agenda.
"One Club, One Heart." I have heard this for a while. Yet the true spirit of it came only to me recently. The concept of togetherness is coming back to me.
The hermit may yet return to the world again.

It is funny how one's actions can result in another's sorrow, though one does not wish it.
It is sad how one's actions can result in another's anger, though one does not wish it.
Wishing good health for my mum, who has been sick for a few days.
EDIT: Wishing good health for 52 as well, although I don't know him.

Science Buskers 2008! We're having our busking round at 9-11 Jan, from 10am-12noon and from 2pm-4pm. These performances aim to entertain the people while teaching them some simple principles of science they didn't know! Personally, I am here to have fun. However, you can vote for me there at Science Centre! Its at the free part of SC, at the left.
Hmm... lets see what I did for the auditions :D

"Newton sux!" Peter complained. "No, Bernoulli sux more!" Mike replied. "Which Bernoulli?" Harry joked.
Three young men, of age 19, were discussing about their year 1 modules - Newton's laws and fluid mechanics. Their exams were just a few days away. The janitor went past them, whistling an oldie, "Umbrella".
P:"Janitor Vittig! You know physicists don't you?"
"Da! That is correct. You mean the kind you find in restrooms..."
M:"No, you old man. The phy-si-cists. Those who study phy-sics. you know. F=ma that kinda thing."
"Oh! Phy-sics! I know them. Curse those Maxwells and Plancks and Boltzmanns!"
H: "Wowowo slow down, old man. Who's Planck? Who's Boltzmann? We're talking about physicists here! Newton and Bernoulli and Galileo!"
"Er... Never heard of Planck's constant? Boltzmann's constant?"
M: "You talking some alien language over here? The only constant in the world is Newton's Gravitational constant, man! Everything else derives from there. Acceleration, motion and some fluids. In fact, I can't believe we gotta take 3 years to learn how balls move only."
"No, no, no. Wait. How balls move? That's the only thing they teach in physics? Don't they teach light and nuclear physics?"
Peter became impatient. "You babbling nonsense, old man? Any of us cool kids know that physics is about balls moving. This science gives us money when we can predict ball landings in the big games. If you ain't got any sense to tell us, you may go back to your work."
"B-B-But I did study them before. I know the speed of light at the back of my hand! 299..." "The speed of light?Ha!" They laughed at the old janitor. What has light got to do with balls.
Janitor Vittig was stunned. He did not know how to react. Dejectedly, he stepped back into his room. "So this is what it has become. No wonder they made me a janitor."

Once upon a time we did Travel in phase, superimposing Then you reflected, I refracted Into the medium of higher n, Now we're lambda over 2 apart And when we meet again We'll destructively interfere.

A quick summary of what I did...
Last week we celebrated Anne's birthday. During the celebration (for me its the whole day...) I had The Manhattan's Fish Market for lunch and Fish & Co. for dinner. So many people like to celebrate their birthday there lar... Every 5 minutes we hear the waiters do the Fish & Co. cheer... very annoying after the 5th time or so? lol
Got back my R&P mid term paper on Monday. Didn't make it. I guess I just ain't the FASS material... Science is really my field.
These days seem to move on very fast. Most of the semester's syllabus are taught. Exams coming soon at the end of November!!! Good luck to myself I guess. I'll be working at the Science Centre as Demonstrator, so if anyone visits SSC, drop me a call :D
I still don't see how University life is easier than JC. I'm happier perhaps, but its not easier. Life's fun when its busy I guess. Well, back to the whiteboard.
